Because we have been exiled from the beautiful Blue Bridge, we must scoure our city and riverbanks for a new suitable home for the 2009 FES2VAL. I keep getting suggestions like Rosa Parks Circle or Founders, but those ideas are far from the ideals upon which we built this annual event. We need to find a venue that is not a venue at all; that was not meant for what we are hosting, but that can handle the event in capacity and power usage.
If the snow ever clears, You’ll see me walking the streets of Grand Rapids trying to convince different property owners to let us invade their space with an army of duos and fans of such paired persuasion.
